Our Client is a multinational FMCG Company who is looking for a Sales manager in Hungary.
Overall responsibility: The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hungarian clients, delivering the company’s sales targets and implementing the sales strategy across the Hungarian market.
The manager will be responsible for identification of new partners and opportunities, and increase commercial distribution, while leading a sales team of 3 members.
Responsibilities: • Implements the sales strategy across the Hungarian market under responsibility • Maintaining and building new relationships with customers • Promotes the business and products to new trade partners, to create maximum brand • Actively works together with the rest of the sales team to deliver the overall revenue targets of the company • Preparing and proceeding sales offers • To be responsible for Hungarian accounts • Working together with the sales team • Maintaining the customer contact base • Achieving targets
Requirements: • Relevant experience in FMCG Field Sales (hunter) • Communication level of English is required • Flexibility, and ability to travel and B driving license is required • Professional approach to team and client relationships • Excellent communications skills (written, presentational and inter-personal) • Good planning, organizational and time management skills • Hard worker and driven with high energy level • Business mind-set • Good interpersonal skills, sales attitude, strong communication and negotiations skills • Ability to work remotely with limited supervision • Self-motivated
