Sales Manager in CDG
Sales Manager position is open at our multinational partner in Hungary. The new colleague will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team of 3 people in the field of Invitro Diagnostics devices for the whole hungarian market.

Job Responsibilities for the Sales Manager are:
  • Responsibility for the Key Accounts within the given territory, create a long term relationships and reputation over the Key Accounts, Support the sales even out of the Key Accounts in the country, coaching others in sales, sales operation.  
  • Develops and executes a territory business plan; identifies and develops new client opportunities; responsible for prioritizing project planning
  • Delivers oral and written communications in a coherent manner; works in conjunction with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans 
  • Takes ownership of personal development and continuous learning; attends required sales training, seminars, and tradeshows
  • Works in conjunction with marketing and other sales teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitors and evaluates competitive services, pricing and other activities.
  • Conducts targeted market research using a customer contact database.
  • Supports and contributes to the development of marketing and sales tools and programs designed to boost sales (Advertising, internal and external promotions, customer surveys contest, ECT).
  • Develops and demonstrates a thorough understanding of selling skills and sales forecasting.
  • May assist Senior Account Managers at National Trade Shows.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities of the Sales Manager are:
  • Strong quantitative skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to produce results while working with multiple projects under tight deadlines 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment 
  • May require basic laboratory skills, including sample preparation 
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office 

Education of the Sales Manager:
  • MSc degree. Preferred: Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Medicine.

Experience of the Sales Manager:  
  • 8+ years of sales experience selling products in the diagnostic/ medical market or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • people management
