We are looking for talented candidate on behalf of our multinational partner company for the following position:
Sales Manager / executive, TV and Media DT Group
The main responsibilities are:
Responsible for Sales growth in the TV and Media Domain
Partner with the KAM/AM in driving customer engagements by providing thought leadership, identifying and capturing opportunities, understanding customer pain points and challenges and translate them into technical solutions, viable business cases and outstanding offers
In line with the KAM growth strategies and account plans within the area the role is responsible for business development, building a sales pipeline and driving strategic opportunities.
Develop and promote customer-centric offerings in the TV and Media practice area
Develop regional business propositions with value argumentation, commercial models sales strategies and sales material in line with the TV and Media strategic objectives
Innovate to develop new engagement models based on proactive analysis of customer business needs and issues
Collect business and market intelligence to shape and drive TV and Media strategic objectives
Deliver financial performance ahead of targets, e.g., orders booked and key deals
Be aware of competitors marketing and sales activities and price strategies.
Establish strong relationship with the local, regional and global groups associated with the various solutions offerings.
Participate and contribute in customer negotiations
Qualified to degree standard or equivalent professional qualification (M.Sc. or MBA)
Proven track record in driving and winning complex business opportunities
Demonstrate industry specific experience covering about 5-10 years working for leading IT, or consulting company(ies)
Strong and proven track record related to sales, business development and delivery of TV and Media related services.
Strong CSI experience and skills
Business management (incl. financials)
Strong sales, engagement management and project supervision skills
Capable of a thorough understanding of Customers business and strategies
Extensive experience in consultative selling, commercial understanding and negotiation capabilities
Solution architect background in the TV and Media Domain
Results oriented and highly motivated
Excellent English language skills (German and Hungarian are advantages)
