For our well-known, stable, multinational partner who has a wide-range of services in the oil/energy industry, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager.
- Accountable to deliver business sales results - Manage card Sales force - Conducting market and competitor screening by collecting and delivering insights on market level - Setting up the annual business plan - Implement sales initiatives and projects - Manage key accounts - Coordinate Card sales related activities within the company - Monitor performance and take corrective measures - Implement marketing activities - Lead and develop Sales team
- University education - Business/Administration - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personnel management, business and project management, planning and budgeting - Fluent in spoken and written English; Native level of Hungarian language - Proven track record of leading a Sales team - Leadership skills - Excellent organizational, conceptual and analytical skills - Negotiations skills and persuasiveness - Excellent communication skills - Self-starting character with independent working style - Driving license - Flexibility and willingness for business travel
