Job Summary:

Sales Business Analyst is part of the EMEA Global Service Organization and is reporting to the EMEA Parts & Services Business Development manager. The professional would be responsible for analysis and reporting tasks regarding generated revenue and financial results and would be involved in forecasting and planning as well.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales support of the Spare parts sales team on Parts Business Prices & Data management
• Analyzing, publishing Spare Parts revenue financial result on daily bases
• Compare & Analyze Parts Sales versus Active Installed base by territory & products range & develop forecasts, targets & yearly plan
• Analyze discrepancies parts sales/margin Vs plan and Vs strategy and escalate them to the Business Development team
• Work with finance to define and propose action plan
• Support Demand Planning team providing forecast on top selling parts
• Amalgamate distributors' data warehouse (sell out/ purchase/ inventory) and identify TPM eligible to special bids
• Travels occasionally to visit customers
• Taking the responsibility of bid pricing
• Managing & approving special bid prices in Deal Desk/Vistex/MI tool at request
• Update monthly scorecard reports
• Managing different sort of special Maintenance Kits price-list
• Parts Distributor data management, focusing on special bid claim management
• Analyze data according to Business Development team requirements

 

Education and experience:

• College or university degree in related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Administration of Sales with extensive usage of systems & tools such as SAP / Salesforce.com / Deal Desk / MS office

 

Skills:

• Use of SAP & BI / Be able to run queries will be needed
• Use of SFDC / DD / Vistex / MI tool. Be able to use all the systems will be needed
• Good knowledge of operations (supplies &/or parts business knowledge would be ideal)
• English Advanced Working proficiency level 
• MS Office advanced user (Excel & Powerpoint)
• MS Office standard user (Access & Word)
• Sense of business & analysis
• Customer oriented & good contact skills
• Professionalism
