Our client is a 100% Hungarian-owned IT company who offer a full range of information and data protection solutions for their customers. To their Budapest based team we are looking for a Sales Assistant speaking excellent business English.
-Maintaining the smooth daily operation of the sales team both internally and externally -Managing telephone calls, expense and other reports, times-sheets and CRM system -Meeting memo recordings, organise meeting followup, maintain back-office systems for proposals and project related documentations -Scheduling meetings and events, setup conference rooms and synchronise calendars within the team -Collaborating with other departments in general business
-College/University degree -Approximately 2-3 years experience in IT company -Fluent English language competence -Excellent computer skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Proactive attitude and ability to work independently -Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem solving -Determined and energised in achieving goals -Excellent organisation and time management skills -Precision and accuracy are key as core values
