Our multinational partner in the automotive industry is looking for a talented Sales Assistant with logistics/purchasing background to strengthen their team.
-Control transactions and related cooperation with customers and suppliers -Working with customer agencies -Preparing quotations -Cooperation with the logistics department -Following the purchase order from the customers -Creating orders for suppliers -Arranging and supervising shipment -Collecting invoices -Creating reports
-University degree -Proven track record in logistics -Fluent English knowledge -Experience in co-operation with suppliers and customers -Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel) -Reliable, precise personality with analytical skills -Able to handle monotonous tasks, can work independently
