The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position:
• Carry out all after-sales administrative activities via service web software
• Complete all service partners warranty approval for reimbursement
• Provide technical and administrative help to service partners, dealers, distributors via email and phone.
• Monitor frequent quality failures and to give signal of such cases to local and European quality management
• Meet warranty cost budgets, by monthly monitoring warranty cost by service partners and by countries. Make suggestion monthly for improvements, where appropriate
• Comply to all legislation, company policies and procedures
• After service is established to carry out service related customer communication for the assigned countries.
• College or University qualification preferred
• Good English and Slovak/Czech verbally and in writing
• 1-2 year similar experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
