Our partner who is a market leader in commercial refrigerator industry is looking for a Sales Administration Officer for the French speaking regions with the following tasks:

- being first point of contact person to customers and internal functions
- organize the whole logistics process the ordered products related
- export project management for European region:
follow export commercial rules, regulations, relevant project conditions
- coordinating and keeping external and internal communication with cross functions
(Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales)
- shipments and related export documents handling and control
(Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Letter of Credit)
- handling order to cash activities in an ERP system

Követelmények
- Higher degree preferably in foreign trade
- At least 1 year customer service, operational export or logistic work experience
- Confident high-level French knowledge is a must
- Fluent English knowledge is a must
- Hungarian language knowledge is essential
- SAP Production module knowledge is an advantage

Personality:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Pro-active and initiative: "can do", "willing to learn"
- Ability to prioritize and keep work organized
- Determined and team-player attitude
