Sales Account Manager

Feladatok:

Sales Account Managers (SAM) spend 80% of their time in activities directly related to supporting high potential ABOs with proactive sales consulting.

- Primarily, business consulting to “most promising” ABO groupsin assigned market via data-driven approach:
- Identifies “most promising” ABOs
- Identifies target accounts and defines account strategy and objective
- Conducts face-to-face meetings focusing on KPIs, action plans
- Provides market analysis data, performance data, input on needs and conducts account reviews
- Assesses training needs, executes trainings and tracks trainings impact
- Participates in the organization and execution of Amway organized events
- Participates in ABO meetings
- Monitor compliance with RoC
- Manages performance reports for New Apps, ABOs and Leaders
- Cooperates with “Back Office” and “Training”
- Identifying needs and assessment of “New Apps” after 90 days
- Supports ABO events with respect to preparation and execution
- Schedules training
- Approx. 80:20 split between time spent on activities directly related to supporting ABOs and admin in the office, respectively

Elvárások:

- 3 + years of experience in the field
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Fluency in the local market language and the English language (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy
- Performance, results-driven and entrepreneurial personality
- Thorough understanding of ABO business model and Amway strategy
- Very good consulting skills, networking and selling techniques
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional attitude and approach, champion of customer service
- Principled and ethical character, passionate
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent time-management & prioritization
- Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Adaptable and flexible
- Extensive travel will be required within the region covered
