Risk Training Consultant - Swindon, City, SN3 1TA

We need:
•A Risk Training Consultant in Swindon.
•Target salary is £44,141 a year on a permanent contract, 35 hours per week.

We are looking for a Risk Training Consultant who will be responsible for developing, agreeing, and maintaining training and communications and will be responsible for co-ordinating the training with our wider risk management teams in order to educate business areas.

Who we're looking for
You'll need to:
•You'll have strong training design and delivery, influencing and communications skills
•Have excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience in risk and governance environments in complex organisations (applicants from utilities, insurance, manufacturing and the public sector are welcome as well from financial services)

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for developing a comprehensive training programme to support improvements in risk management, and develop materials for the training programme as appropriate.

In relation to third party risk you'll coordinate training activity and materials with vendor management and work towards the development of a Vendor Management Accreditation Programme.

Through the development of regular and engaging communication mechanisms you will promote training and awareness of risk issues. You'll also work with HR to understand the training delivery options available, including e-learning, and ensure that training is delivered in the most effective way. In order to do this you will ensure that training materials are kept up to date, relevant, accurate and compliant
