Our client

A leading multinational company is currently looking to recruit a Reward Process Manager to their HR team to be responsible for various client sites across Europe and Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the work and employees for the Reward processes, including local Payroll. Member of the HR Service Centre management team as well as local process driver of the reward processes in alignment with Global CoE.


- Responsible for securing an overall successful delivery of HR services to clients as a part of the HR Service Centre management team
- Management of employees dedicated to the Reward and Payroll team
- Local process driver for the reward processes and responsible for up to date process documentation
- Secure alignment to global process through interaction with global CoE and provide feedback to global process owner
- Develop activities and work routines to ensure high efficiency and service delivery according to T&C


- University or college degree , preferably in a business field
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Extensive experience from working within areas such as compensation, benefits and payroll
- Fluency in English and preferably Hungarian, German, French or other languages
- Proven leader ability
- Financial understanding and result driven (Business Acumen)
- Demonstrates good knowledge in local reward, compensation and pension plans and strategies
- Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices
- Ability to conduct knowledge sharing sessions among relevant stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management, service and consulting skills
- T&C and KPIs knowledge
- Organized, analytical, thorough and show attention to details
- Good in networking
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset (Customer focus)
- Strong interpersonal abilities and people management skills
- Strong leader capability
- High personal integrity (Integrity & Trust) and result oriented


- Experience in people managmanet of a non-local team
