About the role the Reward Analyst job at our Street, Somerset offices.

In this Reward Analyst role you'll provide colleagues with up-to-the-minute research, analysis and internal/external benchmarking which enables effective decision making and influences the development of our Global Reward Strategy - that's the UK and right across the world. Alongside this you will manage the completion of Group Reward Surveys.

A bit about you.

Ideally, you'll already have some experience of working as an Analyst, possibly within a global organisation with the ability to participate in projects and work with stakeholders. More than that, you will have strong Excel skills (including macros and pivot tables) enabling you to analyse large quantities of data and make recommendations for improvements or changes based on your conclusions. An awareness of reward trends in the UK and major international markets and some familiarity with SAP HR would be an advantage.
