Resourcing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for securing an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre management team
  • Advise line managers and HR professionals in resourcing issues
  • Decide on issues raised by resourcing team or discuss with Business Partners/HR Managers if necessary
  • Guarantee the synergies, communication and team work with all players of SC and all Business Partners
  • Secure alignment to global processes through interaction with global resourcing data teams, provide feedback to global process owner (CoE)
  • Interaction with global resourcing CoE in operational resourcing issues
  • Develop activities and work routines to ensure high efficiency and service delivery according to T&Cs and KPIs within the resourcing processes
  • Internal KPI reporting, process documentation
  • Drive continuous improvements in the Resourcing processes
  • Budget and result responsibility for resourcing
  • Management of employees dedicated to the Resourcing team (local and remote people)
  • Be up to date on corporate competence requirements and development needs
  • Manage internal business process audits
  • Train and coach the team
Requirements:
  • University or college degree (preferably within Personnel Administration)
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience with proven leader ability
  • Fluency in English and preferably Hungarian, German, French or other European languages
  • Financial understanding and result driven personality (Business Acumen)
  • Knowledge of labour market (selected Central European countries) and recruiting channels
  • Extensive experience from working within Resourcing
  • Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices
  • Ability to conduct knowledge sharing sessions among relevant stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management, service and consulting skills
  • Team worker, structured, analytic and thorough
  • Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset (customer focus)
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and people management skills
  • Strong leader capability
