This stylish luxury hotel, located in the heart of Budapest’s business district is seeking to recruit a customer focused individual who is ambitious, determined, highly motivated, and looking for a career.
Main duties:
• Make and confirm customer reservation
• Upsell the hotel facilities and packages
• Deliver the reservation process according to the hotel standard
• Actively offering and selling the hotel products
Minimum expectations:
• Diploma in hotel industry
• Fluent English
• Fluent German
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service field
• Excellent phone manner
• Minimum one year experience in hotel industry
