Tasks and responsibilities:
- Pre-screening of candidates
- Working with internal database
- Supporting the recruitment consultants’ work and the recruitment processes
- Using online databases for searching (internal and external databases)
- Searching for potential candidates with creative techniques through different channels
- Language testing
- Contacting the candidates and organise interview appointments
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- College or university degree (preferably HR faculty)
- 1-2 years experience in a similar field from agency side (research, recruitment)
- Fluent English and Hungarian, (French, Italian, German, Spanish or other Scandinavian language knowledge is a plus)
- Experience with database work
- Be expert in social media
- Good command of MS Office
- Interest in recruitment and selection
- Dynamic, persistent and supportive approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good sense of humour
- Enthusiastic, all-round and positive personality
- Flexibility, empathy, pro-activeness
