Our client is a multinational company who is currently seeking for a Reporting Specialist.
• Create, update and distribute regular and ad hoc reports requested, assigned macro processes, BSC Management and External clients
• Organize Business Review Meetings and prepare the supporting materials
• Develop reports to fulfil new demands
• Distributes the reports on a timely manner and expected quality
• Capture all structured demands for reports about team performance and all ad hoc report demands
• Analyses demands in order to identify the adequate data sources (internal and: or external)
• Analyses the data from the different data sources in order to create and update reports
• Creates and update all reports
• Fluency in English
• University/Collage degree preferably in economics or related field
• At least 1 year relevant working experience is required
• Advanced MS Office skills :ability to work with MS Excel formulas, links, tables basic functions and MS PowerPoint, basic VBA), basic Access is an advantage
• Work experience in related to Performance Reporting, Finance or Logistics is advantageous
