Reporting and Implementation Specialist in Marketing field

Job Summary:


The professional  could be involved in  various reporting and coordination tasks  regarding online campaigns and  marketing automation platform implementations. The specialist could work closely with the Worldwide Automation team, campaign managers, field marketers, and others to manage automated campaigns in a special marketing automation platform and its integration with in order to build pipeline and generate revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall marketing automation platform (MAP) implementation, including campaign asset configuration, API integrations with third party software, and monitoring/maintaining security profiles and systems settings
  • Understanding of MAP asset frameworks, including but not limited to campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms, contacts/segments, microsites, external activities and analytics
  • Email, landing page and form creation in MAP
  • End-to-end execution of email-driven campaigns from asset creation to email testing and deployment
  • Basic understanding of cloud applications and connectors for MAP
  • Basic understanding of website integration points: tracking, visitor profiles, page tagging, query strings, web lookup data and events
  • Basic understanding of MAP integration with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with assigned internal campaign owners on marketing automation best practices, project scoping, technical requirements and quality assurance
  • Assist platform users by helping troubleshoot issues identified during campaign build-out, testing, deployment and measurement phases
  • Process and reporting assistance for campaign analytics
  • Ensure accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders
  • Quality assurance testing for all campaigns



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing automation, Eloqua experience a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of email and digital marketing best practices
  • Well versed in best practices for marketing automation and lead management
  • Familiarity with CRM software required, with Salesforce a plus
  • Experience working in a team environment, particularly with campaign, creative, web and operations teams
  • Experience with HTML a plus
  • Attention to detail, execution, follow-through and a strong focus on quality

Goal/results-oriented and self-starter who works well autonomously

  • Excellent ability to manage the execution of numerous programs simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English
