- timely production of reports as specified by the management or requester
- support the management/business with projects
- full fill business requirements
- implementing process improvements
- understand the business scenario and create, develop reports based upon the requests coming from different sources.
- provide daily, weekly, monthly or any other repetitive, scheduled or ad-hoc reporting as required by the Business.
- all scheduled reporting to be provided within the preset timelines each month.
- develop and publish recommendations from results of data analysis.
- ensure the integrity of all report data supplied to the Business.
- work closely together other Business Analyst and Project Managers in the local office and also global offices of the company
- create training documents related to reporting and hold trainings to audience in the countries
- delivery or distribution of reports to the respective owners or list of receivers
- Communicate effectively with outsource Partner, Partner Management Team and countries on all delivery issues, quality issues, etc.
- ensure efficient data collection required to produce the reports in a timely manner.
- ensure that outsource Partners are always provided with the appropriate data and information.
- setup and configure the reporting system based on the requirements received from change management team or PMs, business practice managers or EMEA management members.
- document the report development and indicate progress and issues using the referenced tool
- provide business and system support to the user when the tool is deployed.
- create training document based on the test scenarios following the given templates.
- Understanding in system architecture and IT concerns
- Customer Relation Management, Service Delivery and BI functions
- Understanding reporting systems and office tools (Crystal Reports, SQL, SAP Business Objects, Analytics, Excel and other MS Office applications, etc.)
- International context knowledge
