•Serve as the Techno-Functional Leader to resolve complex production support issues and business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions– finance, optimization, supply chain, traditional quality, lean six sigma and reporting – to enable world-class repair operations in the Service Centers
•Be the Sourcing Operations leader for the Repairs SAP implementation for the shop operations process areas (over 36 service centers in 11 countries)
•Supports migration of Parts & Repair Services facilities from legacy systems to SAP
•Work with the onsite shop operations rollout leads to coordinate their local project plans into the overall release plan.
•Drive productivity, mobility and resource planning solutions for Repairs team.
•Drive best practices, leverage from existing SAP implementations
•Adapt SAP standard solutions, industry best practices of quality.
•Account for operational excellence; drive SAP standards, knowledgebase & best practices.
•Lead the planning for support requirements on each release and the overall transition plan into support teams
•Drive continuous improvement of SAP application performance and availability, and Support Level Agreements (SLA)
•Lead key root cause corrective actions for production improvement; analyze data for re-occurring production issues & identify root cause; drive solutions to control incoming cases and coordinate with Problem Managers for proactive incident management.
•Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
•At least 5 additional years of experience with current information technologies and their implementation into the business function
•Experience with ERP implementations
•At least 2-5 years experience with SAP, preferably in manufacturing or repair businesses
•Experience working in a shop floor or manufacturing environment
•Proven leadership skill in both business planning and information technology
•Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP applications, with additional hands-on experience preferred
•Able to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Capable and influential at project management
•Quality and cost driven
•Master’s of Business Administration is preferred
