Our Client is a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals. On behalf of them we are looking for a CE Marketing Manager who will provide professional marketing and people management in the cluster.
• Deliver great activation of initiatives to achieve the planned sales and profitability targets in cooperation with Sales • Provide input and insight on the local markets towards global marketing • Contribute to global co-creation processes via virtual teams by sharing local insights and best practices • Provide accurate local Business case for global initiatives • Identify and develop local initiatives • Identification of new market opportunities and drive customer satisfaction • Deliver local Marketing plan and align with Sales to come to 1 integrated commercial plan • Ensure continuous strong alignment with local sales • Manage CE A&P versus plan • Create synergies strategies and activities among the countries that will saving resources • Management of local and remote teams
• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in a Marketing or related field • A minimum of 5 to 7 years working experience in Marketing and preferably also in sales • Proven experience in successfully managing a medium sized team • Good understanding of complexity and diversity of the Central Europe region • Capability in building & using strategic, multilevel, cross-country and team work relationship is needed • Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended • Able to articulate strategic directions and approach in a multi-dimensional business environment (multi-brands & multi-country set-up) • Able to execute high level of business & sales support and work with local, tactical elements • Solid business understanding • Extra focus on teambuilding capabilities • An affective hands-on approach together with fearless of challenges are appreciated • Good role-based leadership and decision making are highly appreciated • Solid practice in communication, written and verbal; strong influencing and presentation skills, and confidence in public speaking • Ability to create and successfully implement marketing communication & activation plans • Able to translate local market data into valuable markets insights • Fluency in English (written and verbal) • Application of MS Office
