Their growing Shared Service Center in Budapest provides an opportunity for dedicated professionals in the fields of Finance.
Directly reporting to VP Finance EMEA, the future Regional Financial Controller will be:
-Responsible for the retained In-Country Finance activities when applicable.
-Review and Approval of all accruals in MEC (B/S- and P&L-Impact) for the Region
-Local contact and authorized approver for all banks and banking transactions
-Project work as required
-Interface for the SSC for all In-Country related tasks and activities
-Compliance Representative of the Region
-Responsible to maintain proper controls over B/S and to perform periodic B/S reviews
-Communicate all Finance/Controlling messages into the Region
-Monitors and confirms financial conditions by conducting business risks assessments and reviews.
-Deliver the Finance budget in the Region of responsibility.
•A qualified accountant with a current, at least 10 years professional experience in a International business environment (preferably Corporate, SSC is advantageous)
•US GAAP knowledge, SOX and Internal audit experience is required
•Strong IT skills, experience in Oracle is preferred.
•Excellent English language skills. Excellent organizational skills. Good presentation skills.
•Strong communication skills, able to interact with senior management. A strategic and operational player.
