Recruitment Specialist

Reed Specialist Recruitment's multinational client is now looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will provide human resources services - including recruitment, employment processing, compensation, training and development, system records management



The new Recruitment Specialist will be closely support the overall aims of the organisation by providing direct support to middle and top management.


Recruitment Specialist


Primary tasks:


  • Main duties will be the organizational and implementation tasks of college recruiting initiatives, creating internship and fresh graduate program
  • Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns preparing reports
  • Completes special projects - setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR system
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR data and trends
  • Design and execute the recruitment strategy in line with market best practices
  • Act as internal advisor to business and HR Partners on recruitment and staffing issues
  • Keep in touch with external partners, recruitment agencies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process from graduate level to experienced hires, dealing independently with the selection process (administrative support available)
  • Prepare reports and statistics to management




  • BA/BSc degree preferably in HR
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the HR field, preferably experience in Recruiter
  • Knowledge of latest trends in search and selection, including the usage of e-tools
  • Fluent English
  • FMCG experience nice to have
