We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist colleague for our international client, operating in the energy sector.
- Design and execute the recruitment strategy in line with market best practices - Act as an internal advisor to business and HR Partners on recruitment and staffing issues - Keep in touch with external partners, recruitment agencies - Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process from graduate level to experienced hires, dealing independently with the selection process (administrative support available) - Prepare reports and statistics to management
- University or College degree - 3-5 years’ experience gained in a multinational environment in a recruitment role - Fluent English - Knowledge of latest trends in search and selection, including the usage of e-tools - Ability to manage senior level stakeholders
