Our client is a growing, US based multinational manufacturing company. They have a strong presence in CEE market. The newly formed Global Talent Acquisition Team (GTAT) needs a
in Hungary who would research, recruit, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions as assigned. The role is part of the local manufacturing site’s HR team, but deals only recruitment issues belonging to GTAT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Partner with managers in manufacturing site to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
b) Coordinate and drive procedures to eliminate or resolve visa issues affecting potential employees.
c) Facilitate the interviewing/hiring process.
d) Develop and share "best practice" internet recruiting techniques with co-workers to identify and recruit candidates.
e) Develop ad text and placement strategy for advertising in newspapers, journals, periodicals, Internet sites, etc.
f) Negotiate salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
g) Assess and make necessary relocation arrangements in accordance with Jabil relocation policies for new employees to include movement of household goods
h) Develop and maintain network of agency contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
i) Assist in developing information on company facilities and job opportunities for candidate use.
j) Coordinate and make necessary travel arrangements for candidates who are interviewing or relocating as required.
k) Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
l) Research and identify areas that could be improved to assist in retaining quality employees.
m) Provide regular updates to Hiring Manager, HR Manager, and defined Managers on the execution of the recruitment strategies.
a) Relevant Degree
b) 1-3 years recruitment experience
c) HR experience in manufacturing environment
d) Fluent English
e) Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
f) Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
g) Advanced PC skills
