We are looking for the following professional
to join our Budapest Call Center for a 1 year long definite period:
Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the daily recruitment operation of entry level and specialist positions in the organisation.
- Reports vacancies on a weekly basis and keeps score of vacancies
- Is point of contact for external organisations such as recruitment offices, temporary agencies, consulates, schools etc. regarding vacancies and recruitment issues
- Develops a database of candidates with language skills
- Accountable for the process of internal recruitment
- Conducts interviews with internal and external candidates
- Prepares all necessary administration
- Higher education degree
- At least 1-2 years experience in recruitment
- English knowledge on business level is must
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience in administration
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good intercultural sensitivity
- Reliable, independent, loyal
