A well-known global company, which is operating a shared service centre in the heart of Budapest, employing people with strong language skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages the full-cycle recruiting process from identification of business needs to making offers
  • Partner with hiring managers determine requirements and guiding them through the recruitment process
  • Maintain up to date and relevant knowledge and understanding of the various global employment market(s)
  • Demonstrate creativity in using the right channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates
  • Create an effective candidate network leveraging social media and technology to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates
  • Build effective relationships with European employment agencies/networking partners
  • Drive proactive sourcing plans to attract external talents using direct channels in line with business needs
  • In consultation with key stakeholders formulate and recommend recruitment and selection objectives, methods, processes and policies
  • Overseeing any graduate, trainee and other talent attraction programs
  • Develop a pool of tools for use
  • exercises, interview questions, psychometrics… and advise managers on which tools to use for which position
  • Responsible for organizing interviews at all stages of the process including diary coordination for interviewers, including assessment center organization/coordination/facilitation
  • Improve our employer brand in partnership with the HR team
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • University or college degree
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience on corporate side (SSC is an advantage)
  • Experience in recruiting for senior level positions and mass recruitment
  • Good PC skills: Social Media, Linked In, Twitter, Job Boards, applicant tracking systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong conflict management and problem solving skills
