RECRUITMENT OFFICE ASSISTANT

(Budapest)

We are looking for a new colleague in our dynamic developing and energetic team, who can facilitate the daily operation of our office and assist in the ongoing working processes of our colleagues.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

►    Support any administration as requested and appropriate

►    Assisting in the working processes of our leaders and colleagues

►    Creating reports and marketing analysis for local management and the external headquarter

►    Daily contacting with external offices, participate in regional projects, translation tasks

►    Editing advertisements, our pages on social media channels, coordinate online presence

►    Welcoming our clients and guests, answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner, managing incoming e-mails

►    Maintain stationery supplies for the office staff

►    Handling outgoing and incoming postal matters, controlling and registering invoices

 

REQUIREMENTS:

►    Preferably student but we are also waiting for fresh graduated person with relevant University/College degree

►    No working experience is needed, but working in office environment before is a preference

►    Interest towards the field of HR and recruitment

►    Fluent English is essencial

►    Microsoft Office knowledge  (Word, Excel, Outlook)

►    Excellent communication and organizational skills

►    Polite, proactive, customer-oriented personality

►    30/40 hours weekly working time
