We are looking for candidates in the following role:
Responsible for the company’s talent aquistion strategy and execution
Lead and Develop a team of Recruiters and HR specialists.
Strategically manage the end to end recruitment process whilst taking an advisor approach with hiring managers.
Build and maintain partnership with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders as well as the wider resourcing community to define and deliver recruitment requirements aligned to business needs.
Responsible for managing a mix of direct & agency sourcing,
Participate, collaborate and engage in other HR activities, projects and initiatives as required as a member of the HR Team.
Strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong personal networks at all levels.
Experience of working in a fast paced, matrix environment.
Proven experience in maximising direct sourcing.
Good experience of innovating recruitment solutions and best practice.
Experience of people management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and influence stakeholders.
4-5 years of experience in Human Resources area
Good English skills - written and spoken.
