We are recruiting new collegue to our client ( International Company ) as

Recruiter (Veresegyház)

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering the wing-to-wing recruitment and selection process for a specific and/or multiple business units or functions, for entry to senior level professional hires. A responsive and flexible approach is critical as the Recruiter will be expected to take responsibility, promptly and effectively, for a variety of vacancies across the Hungary business as required.

  • Reviewing and approving job descriptions
  • Conduct job briefing/recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers
  • Advising Hiring Managers and Client HR on steps of the recruitment and selection process
  • Ensure effective sourcing of internal and external candidates according to relevant job criteria with a
    focus on active candidates via job boards, recruitment databases and referrals
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet
    searches and research
  • Effectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook,
    Twitter, Blogs)
  • Effective pre-screening of resumes to produce candidate long list and utilization of recruitment tools and
    systems to track all candidate information and ensuring compliance
  • Conducting thorough selection of short listed candidates
  • Presenting a relevant candidate slate (shortlist) with recommendations
  • Interviewing candidates by phone and/or face-to-face as required
  • Meeting service goals and providing exceptional customer service
  • Preparing reports and timely metrics production for recruitment dashboards
  • Ensure the wing to wingprocess is applied across all recruitment activities
  • Act as point of contact for adesignated business, function or client group
  • Ensure general compliance and strong candidate experience with HR policies/procedures and practices
  • Assisting in University /Campus Recruitment during periods of peak demand
  • Working on GTR strategic projects as required (examples of projects such as improving applicant diversity, transitioning / change management of new model, improving VOC feedback responses etc)
  • Previous experience in Recruitment role ideally within a corporate/in-house or RPO, or Recruitment
    Agency environment
  • Experience in managing the Wing-to-Wing recruitment cycle (with high volume and complex roles)
  • Experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioural interviewing techniques
  • Skilled in using recruitment databases and job boards to source candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver recruitment processes and building strong relationships with hiring
  • Proven ability to leverage external market knowledge as part of the sourcing strategy
  • Experience in coaching managers and HRMs during the recruitment process
  • Proven ability to using technology which supports the identification and attraction of candidates (e.g.
    Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Proficient in applying creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent
    pipelines including networking, social media, job boards and their associated resume databases
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
