We are looking for our multinational partner a Receptionist to their Kecskemét-based office.
- In charge with the telephone calls from different clients or partners - Receives the visitiors at the company premises - Provides full services in what concerns hotel reservations, flight tickets booking, taxi reservation etc. - Receives and sorts the correspondence as well as the envelopes and handles reception and distribution - Keeps contact with various suppliers of stationary, tourism companies, postal services, etc. and provides necessary help to the employees - Prepares full administration and other ad-hoc tasks
- Fluent English language is a must! - 1-2 years experience in a similar role (or office manager/administrator is preferred) - PC skills - Polite, flexible and communicative personality - Customer oriented and hard-working
