Our client is providing full scale services in the commercial real estate markets. They are currently looking for a Receptionist to contribute to the growing success of the company.
- Managing the reception area - Representing the company to clients visiting the office, directing them to the meeting room and offering refreshments to them - Providing general receptionist services to the whole office, answering phones and taking clear precise messages if necessary - Security access control the office by all visitors, staff and third party contractors - Organizing meetings, reserving tables, managing meeting rooms’ schedule - Providing help in administrative tasks for MD and Team Heads, as well as printing, binding and potentially editing help to all departments - Dealing with incoming and outgoing office correspondence / Receipt of courier delivered packages and post - Constant contact with the Operations Manager - Providing general administrative tasks - Take care of office supplies - Call out of general maintenance services and service providers
- Mimimum 1 year experience as a receptionist/assistant - Strong command of English written and spoken - Team player mentality
