We are looking for a Receptionist for our multinational client into their office located in Budapest. The company is specialized in producing and selling products in the field of electronics, information technology and telecommunication.
• Manage all incoming calls, greet all visitors and guests. • Handle all outgoing and incoming post and deliveries: register all incoming letters and packages and deliver them to the employees. • Manage outgoing packages through the Hungarian Post or a Courier agency. • Arrange meetings and prepare meeting rooms for important meetings. • Organise and register the annual medical examination for all colleagues.
• 2-3 years experience as a receptionist • Motivated personality with strong customer service focus • Positive was of thinking and attitude • Good organisational skills • Intermediate English and fluent Hungarian knowledge is a must • Microsoft Office literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point)
