Our client who is a real estate development company is now looking for a receptionist for their VaciGreens office that is located in the city center.
- Visitors reception - Handling telephone calls - Mail handling (registration, filing, posting) - Documentation and invoice filing on server and in folders (scanning, organising) - Office supplies order - Catering order - Travel organisation - Country Manager/Project Managers calendar handling - Meeting room preparation
- Fluency in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel - Excellent communication, organizational skills - College or university degree is an advantage - Knowledge of French is an advantage
