The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position:
Receptionist – Office Assistant
(Fixed term contract for 1 year)

• Provide administrative support to Human Resources & General Affairs department
• Responsible for the office environment (e.g. contact with facility management company, control small refurbishment works, etc.)
• Take part in different activities and motivation system
• Being a contact person for the travel agency and coordinating corporate travels (e.g. travel planning, flight, accommodation reservations, etc.)
• Preparing regular and ad hoc reports
• Responsible for data management, including financial administration

• Advanced level of spoken and written English
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar position
• At least BA/BSc degree
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization
• Driving license (category ‘B’) with an active experience is an advantage
• Positive, open and friendly mindset
