Receptionist / Assistant

Currently we are looking for a Candidate to the following position

to join our team.


  • Welcoming Clients and Candidates
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Managing the day to day administration (database, reports, advertisments, statements, post, etc.)
  • Invoicing and keeping contact with the book-keeper
  • Handling Petty Cash
  • Orders and maintains stationery and other supplies as required
  • Keeping contact with the bank and other suppliers
  • Supporting the Consultants' every day work (research, reports, administration)


  • College or University Degree
  • 1 or 2 years relevant experience
  • Native Hungarian and fluent English language knowledge is a must
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
