Our international partner is currently looking for a part-time (6 working hours / day) Receptionist – Office assistant to join the team!
The Receptionist will be the first point of communication for the company, and will also be partly responsible for office & HR administration tasks.
- Handle incoming phone calls - Welcome visitors, candidates and guests - Assist with general office and HR administration duties as required - Review incoming e-mails, letters and other documents - Give administration support to CEO/CFO Assistant - Manage information with absolute confidentiality and integrity
- College/university degree - 2-3 years of Receptionist work experience in multinational company - Excellent English & German knowledge - Full computer literacy - Proactive and friendly personality, positive attitude - Precision, attention to detail, priority-setting - Excellent communication skills
