We are looking for an experienced Quality -Key Account Manager for our multinational partner.
- Interface between customer and the organization regarding quality - Organize the quarterly quality reviews - Organize follow ups and monitor the action items agreed with the customer - Drive escalation processes and improvement programs if needed - Push the lessons learnt for quality points coming from customer quality performance reviews - Monitor the Q KPI regarding the key account customers - Distribute the monthly customer quality KPI-results and reports to the organization - Prepare quality agreements and coordinate the agreement process
- Higher technical education, engineer with corresponding experience - Fluent English in written and spoken (additional German is a plus) - Expert knowledge in Q management sysytem ( DIN, EN, ISO 9001 or TS 16949) - Good knowledge of Q processes and methods ( Six Sigma, Layered Process Audits, MSA, Q-Gate-System,etc) - Very good organizer and intercultural skills - Leadership skills - Team player
