  • Collection of necessary input from several institutions, processes and environments (operation, ITIL, best practices, etc.) and support the demand process of PME EUS towards other departments
  • Set global standards for iSD, monitor and supervise the compliance of them
  • Develop process orientated solutions according to actual customer request by using existing standards and processes of ITIL and T-Systems
  • Design, describe and document process adoptions and new developed processes for Incident , Problem and Change Management
  • Consultancy, professional support and executing trainings for implementations in topics related to the processes and tools
  • Cooperation within national and international projects with active and self responsible tasks or as a sub project leader
  • Understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to national and internal clients
  • Support the presales activities for new customer at offering, transition or planning
  • BA or College degree in IT or economics
  • 1-3 years of experince in similar fields of operations
  • Solid knowledge of office applications
  • Knowledge of service desk tools: AVAYA call distribution systems, reporting, ticketing tool
  • Knowledge of ITIL is required
  • English knowledge is must have, German is an advantage
  • Certificate of good-conduct
