  • Act as interface between Change Management and Configuration Management
  • Identify and remove reasons of invalid configuration items
  • Drive measures to take configuration items up into the CMBD
  • Drive measures to update configuration items in the CMDB
  • Act as interface between DM
  • Patch & release deployment management
  • Identify which types of patch and release deployment requests can automatically generate RfC tickets and support automation.
  • Quality Check Change Models ensure change models contain all mandatory pieces of information (collaborate and steer change model owners)
  • Identify change types which are executed repetitively/frequently (candidates for pre-approvals)
  • Drive candidates for pre-approvals to be processed until pre-approval is reached (collaborate with ITO Quality Leadership and change model owners)
  • Represent the ITO department in Change Advisory Boards led by Global Change Management
  • Decide (authorize / decline) change implementation
  • Document made decisions in meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with Central Change Advisory Board
  • Train Change Practitioners about the change management process
  • Operationalize the existing training concept
  • Fine tune existing training material according to concrete training needs
  • Deliver remote training sessions via telephone and computer screen sharing
  • Deliver on-site training sessions
  • Collect questions asked during training sessions and document answers in Frequently Asked Question documentation
  • Validate change management reports are correct
  • Collaborate with Reporting House which creates the reports
  • College/University or Technical college
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Basic German knowledge
  • Change Management, Configuration Management, Other ITIL Prozesses
  • Reliable, honest
  • Flexible and dedicated to fully complete assigned work
  • Well organized and willing to assume responsibility about tasks assigned
  • Self supporting (after learning and ramp up)
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong personally to represent the ITO Change Management “Quality Police” but nevertheless be friendly.
  • Pro-active sustainable and analytical thinking
  • Not only fight fires but  Improve processes or process steps to make sure
  • Fires do not come on more than one time
  • Incidences do not occur more than once / re-occur
  • Failures / short comings are removed sustainably (once and for all)
