Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a talented quality and process improvement analyst to their Budapest-based business services center.
The purpose of the role is to support the quality function of the commercial teams; which means:
- Create and execute quality audits - Understand the existing Quality function and execute the implementation plan for a consistent Quality framework - Understand the process flows and procedures of the commercial teams and create QA Audit check lists - Present the results of Quality audits to Quality Management team - Find and understand the key reasons of the failed audits - Monitore the achivements; create reports about the scores and escalate if it is necesary
- Fluency in English - Bachelor's degree in commerce/management - Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills in a changing environment - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Proactive and improvement seeking mind-set is necessary - Certification in Six Sigma or a similar quality framework is an advantage
