  • According to production forecast/need order the material from the suppliers.
  • Uploads the order confirmations into the system.
  • In case of quantity deviation sends out claim to the supplier.
  • Organize transports
  • Keep contact with suppliers and forwarders
  • Handle and check invoices regarding transports


  • Min. 2-3 years experience at a manufacturing company as Purchaser
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal 
  • Degree in economy or logistics
  • Sound knowledge of MRP system, preferable SAP
  • excellent communication skills
  • reliable, precise working style
