- According to production forecast/need order the material from the suppliers.
- Uploads the order confirmations into the system.
- In case of quantity deviation sends out claim to the supplier.
- Organize transports
- Keep contact with suppliers and forwarders
- Handle and check invoices regarding transports
- Min. 2-3 years experience at a manufacturing company as Purchaser
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Degree in economy or logistics
- Sound knowledge of MRP system, preferable SAP
- excellent communication skills
- reliable, precise working style
