- To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the PTP processes by supporting continuous process improvements - Assetive communication within the company - Focus on achieving the goals or objectives using available resources - People Management Responsibilities: Ensure team engagement, provide regular feedback to direct reports based on measured and evaluated individual performance - Conduct regular team meetings and ensure smooth and transparent communication flow within PTP
- Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting or Economics - At least 2 years of experience in AP (preferably in SSC) - 2+ years of experience in a leadership role - Fluent English is a must - Strong leadership skills - Proactive and solution oriented mind-set - Strong verbal and written communication skills
