Pozíció leírása

The PtP Process Specialist Vendor Communication manages communication with external suppliers within defined SLAs/OLAs.


  • Receive and respond to voice inquiries from the vendors
  • Manage incoming emails ensuring timely, accurate and customer friendly response
  • Follow up customer queries and check resolution where necessary to ensure satisfaction with the response
  • Monitor system performance, escalating technical-related issues to management or via trouble ticket escalation
  • Accurately prepare individual metrics regularly
  • Track and document all customer contact
  • Root cause resolution of identified and/or received supplier queries, complaints and escalations
  • Liaise with internal (GSS) & external (Grundfos) colleagues as needed
  • Highlight areas for improvement and propose actions to any PtP Senior Process Specialist Senior Process Expert and/ or Group Leader, based on own cases/ experience on the job
  • Maintain vendor master data
  • Support closing activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Support Internal Control and audit activities
  • Invoice processing might be required as part of the Issue Resolution
  • Carry out ad hoc requests of Group Leader and/or Manager

Jelentkezés feltételei

  • Relevant education (in Finance or Economics)
  • Advanced level of English AND at least intermediate level of French
  • At least 1 year working experience in a similar position, gained at a multinational company (ideally Shared Service Center) is an advantage
  • Good accounting knowledge, especially in Accounts Payable
  • Working knowledge with SAP is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Systematic and quality-oriented way of working
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team
  • Distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time
  • Sense of duty and responsibility
  • Communicative, people oriented personality
  • Willingness to acquire new skills
