PS Recruitment Coordinator US
we are looking for colleagues


The position is based in Alcoa’s European shared services centre in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. Customers are situated at various Alcoa locations in the US.

Main Tasks

  • Handle and administer the advertisements and searches for blue colour worker candidates (Hourly workforce)
  • Applicant flow management: Input data into systems and spreadsheets with candidate´s information and manage the same;
  • Produce and analyze metrics to measure recruitment process, candidate pool etc.
  • Provide HR related administrative support to the US Businesses, local HR groups.


  • Fluent in English
  • Working in afternoon shift (1 week morning-1 week afternoon from 8 to 16:30 and 13:30 to 22:00)
  • Flexible and multi-tasking
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy/data integrity. 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills;
  • Customer-orientation, conscientious, willingness to learn.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company


  • Working knowledge of HR administration and recruitment.
  • If candidate is fluent in another European language.

The job is located in Székesfehérvár.
