Description of position:    Responsible for the growth of the given Project Space with the continuous and well defined deliveries of the company's Success Stories

Duties:    Responsibilities:

Delivering Projects inside the allocated project / customer space

Long-term thinking •

₋ Keeps his/her eyes on company strategic goals while selects/initiates projects, defines his/her involvement and approach in planning and delivering a project to the customer.

₋ Evaluates possible projects/opportunities according to their significace and contribution to vision and long term strategic goals

₋ Shapes his/her role according to the defined strategy.

Financial management •

₋ Manage budget estimates and track actual versus estimated time on a weekly basis at least.

₋ Continuously checks profitability of assigned project.

₋ Looking for extra revenue through for ex. Change management.

Multi-priority setting if needed

₋ Considering and balancing the priorities of different dimensions, makes relevant decisions regarding the projects

Deliver WOW3 and maintain quality


₋ Documents services engagements through high quality Statements of Work (SOWs) Identify changes to initial SOW and work with customer and project team to implement proper change management processes.

Timesheet •

₋ Establish the administrational background for measuring workload in the relevant tool. (Creates project tasks in CT)

₋ Continuously follows up assigned hours/time spent on projects, plans vs actuals and finds reasons for differences

Documentation •

₋ Maintain documents critical to project implementation.

₋ Track project implementation and provide status updates in the relevant tool.

₋ Document and report project status against established objectives, milestones, budget and resources.

Task and Project management inside the team

₋ Plan and track assigned projects, resource planning and allocation, task delegation to accomplish project goals and objectives.

₋ Develops a project organization structure with clearly defined roles and responsibilities for project team members and to ensure the roles are appropriately resourced for the project duration.

₋ Develop and maintain a project work schedule with activities, timelines, critical paths and resource requirements in relevant tool.

₋ Schedule recurring internal and customer facing meetings as needed during project implementation to review and monitor project goals and status.

₋ Ensures timely resolution of issues, using escalation as necessary

₋ Creates and circulates ongoing status and evaluation reports, and report on team member performance for all relevant stakeholders.

₋ Manage resources and activities to ensue project deliverables are met on time and within budget while satisfying their customers.

₋ Manage projects according to a relevant (e.g. Agile SCRUM) methodology

₋ Ensures that customer and company's standards are set and clear for the team.

₋ Interfaces with clients and managing expectations.

₋ Identifying all possible project continuation with a properly set project closure activities.

₋ Managing and escalating issues regarding risk, change and issue management processes.

₋ Direct Coaching of all Project members, and setting them up to success

₋ Sponsoring goals according to project area

Direct responsibilities if resources are not fully delivering

₋ Technical reviews

₋ Spring reviews

₋ Innovation and Excellence delivery through direct leadership

Scenario planning and Risk management / Mitigation

₋ Identifying issues and mitigating risks appropriately.

₋ Identify project risks and set timelines to meet customer expectations.

₋ Providing transparent communication to customer regarding risks and issues.

₋ Risk management and escalation according to quality challenges: Act as escalation point inside governed area

Demonstrate company's values

₋ Ensure the same for all customer facing team members

₋ Grow Customer satisfaction with appropriate communication

Customer understanding

₋ Organization chart • Map and document organizational structure, key positions and personnel in relation to client.

₋ People and motivation • Gets familiar with the motivational factors of key stakeholders and project members

₋ Meeting and knowledge sharing inside the team • Share and document knowledge regarding customer, domain and project.

Requirements, skills:    ₋ Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, specifically the SCRUM methodology.

₋ At least 4 years of experience managing project teams including both design and technical resources.

₋ Ability to interface with clients to manage expectations and provide status reports

₋ Ability to multi-task across multiple projects of various sizes. Should have excellent time management skills.

₋ Working knowledge of various online project management, issue tracking and collaboration tools is a plus

₋ Ability to assess current project structures and recommend changes based on team input and best practices.

₋ Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify when timelines are slipping and mitigate risks as necessary

₋ Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity

₋ Technical background in software programming is a plus

Known languages:    Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
