A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Project Administrator.


Summary of responsibilities:
- creates, maintains and close the Contract Folder
- ensures projects are registered in applications to allow labour claiming and revenue booking
- registers external suppliers orders for accounts payable and triggers supplier invoices payment
- tracks, monitors and reports project financial status frequently to responsible management. Initiates corrective actions, where actual deviate from plan. Updates cost and revenue accordingly
- upon customer acceptance of solution deliverables ensures that the Contract
- folder is updated and billing data is captured
- performs final billing and invoicing reconciliation, closes contract in the contract registration tool

Required skill:
- English - fluent
- Arabic - intermediate
- MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired experience:
· Business / Management / Social Sciences / Other
· At least 1 year experience

Desired knowledge and skills:
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work in a multi-lingual / multi-cultural environment
· Understanding the implications of different pricing options / methods
· Ability to follow Business Controls and maintain bid audit trail
· Applying basic teaming skills to work within teams
· Ability to solve basic problems within own work group and provide an innovative approach to achieve own work group objectives
· Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task
· Ability to prioritize work in a fast-spaced environment and work under time constraints
· Willingness to work flexibly, as the role involves occasional shifts and overtime toward quarter-end
· Experience and/or studies in finance is preferred
