One Firm data analytics along with Digital and Cyber are key components of the firm's growth strategy. This is therefore a great opportunity to have an impact on the way the firm develops and delivers our market offers in the future.
About the role
As a role on a high profile One Firm project, you will have the opportunity to build your profile and work with senior stakeholders across all lines of service and IFS helping you to build your network across the firm. This role has come about following UK Executive Board approval to put in place a One Firm leadership role and invest significantly in data analytics. The programme has been running since September 2013 and we have established our governance and programme structure. Over the last few months we have developed a plan to raise awareness across the practice of data and analytics in support of our vision to successful embed data and analytics. We will do this through a number of innovative techniques including roadshows and use of social media and digital. We have dedicated clients and markets and marketing and brand resources who you will work with plus a small programme team to support you and help with logistics and administration.
Our ambitions are to both grow revenue and embed the use of data analytics across the UK firm. The change role is therefore a great opportunity to significantly contribute to our ambitions - it is a new role so we need someone who can shape and develop our change strategy working with senior stakeholders and across a wide variety of disciplines.
Experience of a similar programme role and an ability to interpret the plans we have developed and manage their execution: - in addition, the following skills are desirable:
o Exposure to one or more of (a) working across the firm (b) working with different cultures (c) working
with senior stakeholders in an organisation
o Ability to process and simplify large volumes of information
o Able to get up to speed with new concepts quickly
