The IT Technical Program Manager will lead the enterprise standard Document Management Solution (DMS) implementation, scalable global environment, and ongoing operational support model for Global Operations. They will work across operational centers and partner with leadership to drive best designs aligned to clear business objectives.
Partner with Enterprise Document Management program leadership, the global process leader, IT experts, and established vendor (Alfresco) to drive a sustainable IT infrastructure solution (infrastructure, design, & application configuration) and operational shared services model.
Create Alfresco DMS global infrastructure and software strategy, roadmap, and work with leadership on resource model to drive operational excellence.
Drive vendor management and engagement to mitigate risk and achieve set targets
Mobilize and facilitate partnership with Enterprise Data Management Team, Security, and others to meet compliance, export controls, SOX, data privacy, etc. and documented controls/procedures.
Drive stable operations meeting Alfresco DMS high availability and performance targets, as well as drive a strong DR plan run annually. Establish consistent operational monitoring and reporting.
Work with infrastructure experts and vendor partner to establish smart design and sustainable solution for data replication/integration across multiple sites including but not limited to Shanghai, Cincinnati, Riyadh and Monterrey
Establish global process, metrics, and supporting operations team as roadmap is delivered for post-production rollouts. Lead continuous improvement focus areas and vendor management as applicable.
Work with other work stream leaders (Case Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt) to drive integrations and holistic solution for the organization.
BS or BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience leading large programs, global environments, and/or IT operations
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT service and solution delivery
Prior experience in document management platforms
Ability to work with global teams & drive global rollouts
Strong project management skills
Change Management methodologies and global execution experience
