The primary role of the Professional Learning & Development Lead is to focus upon the learning and development needs of RCN Trade Union Representatives and RCN activists who are representing and/or influencing at a local and national level. You will also take a lead role in representing the RCN in educational and learning and practice development national strategic or policy initiatives. Working in collaboration with the Higher Education and College sectors, NHS Education for Scotland and Scottish Government will be a key aspect of the role.
